Magnificent set of four dining chairs by Pierre Chapo, designed and manufactured in his own workshop in France around 1965. This piece is model S34 fully handmade in solid elm wood and has a rich and warm overall patina. The cross-legged bases match the backs, which are slightly off-center, highlighting the design’s unique asymmetry and adding a playful touch. It is on of the rarest and most sought after chair by Pierre Chapo and certainly one of the most sculptural chairs there is. Proud to present you an original set of four matching pieces.
