Pierre Jeanneret – Compas side chair

Rare ‘Compas’ side chair by Pierre Jeanneret for BCB, France 1948. This chair features an ash frame with horizontal ash slats, hold together by enameled steel screws. This model has been later reproduced by Walter Knoll, but only in a lower model. Therefore this early example makes it very hard to find and is now sought after by collectors.
