Martin Visser – slat bench

Lovely slat bench by Martin Visser for ‘t Spectrum, The Netherlands 1960s. This bench features black stained solid ash wood and was initially designed for Stedelijk Museum where it was uses as benches to sit on in the museum. But this can also be used as side table, tv table etc. It’s a bit in the manner of the slat bench by Charlotte Perriand. Very nice modernist side table or bench in authentic condition. Some age related marks from age and use.
