H. Fillekes – ‘Magneto’ floor lamp

One of my all time favorite floor lamps. Admire this ‘Magneto’ floor lamp by H. Fillekes for Artiforte, The Netherlands 1954. This minimalistic floor lamp features a lacquered metal tripod foot which is connected to a balance arm using a round shaped magnet and therefore allowing to place the lamp in different positions. Only produced for a very short period (1954 – 1958). A true collector’s item !
